Gets overwhelmed by life
Who Am I?
I am a creator, story-teller, and thought leader. I love to share and engage with people in deep conversations and soul sharing. Human connection is a source of great joy for me. I am a mother, daughter, sister, and partner. My family is incredibly important to me. I am passionate, hard-working, and adventurous. I actively pursue my passions and work hard to achieve my dreams. I am a world traveler who loves to experience new places and cultures. I am thoughtful, kind, and loving. I am a giver who is learning the value of both vulnerability and boundaries. I am a survivor. My trauma does not define me and I am working to heal and free myself of its mental and emotional chains. I recognize my trials have given me great strength, perspective, and empathy. I am a spiritual seeker. I practiced faith within a rigid religious environment much of my life, but now seek new understanding and enlightenment centered on what my soul needs. I choose a life perspective rooted in the understanding that divinity is within me and within others; I honor the divinity in us all. I believe in our inter-connectedness and recognize we are all in this journey together. I strive to act with compassion towards all those I meet.
What Do I Hope to Give?
I offer a practitioner's guide on how to live a life rooted in vulnerability and unapologetically being ourselves. There is a growing wealth of research and evidence on the importance of living a life rooted in vulnerability, but how do we really achieve that daily? What does that look like? How does it change how we engage with ourselves, loved ones, and our daily environments (e.g. work, school)? How do we overcome the pain, trauma, and harmful past experiences that prevent us from living a life of vulnerability? Leveraging my own experience in embracing a life of vulnerability, I hope to highlight lessons learned and provide practical advice on how to overcome key challenges in making this shift. My hope is that this will support you in discovering the untethered, undaunted, unbroken, and unabridged you, allowing you to achieve greater joy, self-love, and healthier relationships.
The Caveat
There are so many 'answers' out there. So much guidance, so many products, and so many people saying 'this' is the way to live or find happiness. What I believe though is that there's no 'one' answer, rather there are many answers because people are different and need different things. We all have our own unique traumas, learning styles, support systems, religious upbringing, education, personalities, perspectives, etc. which means we all need something different. As such, what resonates with one person may not work for another. What is true is that each of us need an evolving toolkit to help us navigate the journey that is life. As such, I don't offer 'answers' or a rigid belief of 'this' is the way. Rather my hope is to potentially add another potential tool to your toolkit in hopes that it may help you on your own personal journey.
