Why Focus on Vulnerability?
Vulnerability. It's what makes moments matter and love consume us. It's the foundation for healing from trauma and mending broken relationships. It's fundamental to achieving our potential and transcending to new heights. It is the building block of relationships that will change and inspire us. Vulnerability is core to love, joy, connection, healing, and growth. Yet so many of us struggle to achieve it. Worn down by the trials and hardships of life and the day-to-day grind of everyday living, many of us live in a guarded state. Protecting our broken hearts and un-mended souls from future harm, we live on the surface, guarding what's below. Some of us may have never experienced vulnerability growing up and struggle to tap into that part of ourselves. In our efforts to guard and protect though, we miss out on the essence of life. We superficially engage in the world around us, missing out on the moments that can change us, the connections that will inspire us, and the everyday joys that will transform our souls.

The Vulnerable Path is not an easy one. It requires work, awareness, and healing that sometimes can feel worse before it feels better. But the joy and the freedom that comes with living untethered, undaunted, unbroken, and unabridged is worth it.
